The Premise
You awaken in the cold light of an alien coliseum—your body scanned, cataloged, and branded as a “specimen.” You are no longer on Earth. You’ve been taken by the Ze'rath, an ancient alien species whose empire stretches across thousands of systems. To them, humanity is a recent curiosity—fragile, emotional, and untested. To prove your worth, you are thrown into the Vault—a colossal combat arena that floats in orbit around a dyson sphere.
Here, beings from countless worlds—creatures of metal, flesh, and energy—fight for survival. The Ze'rath don’t kill for necessity. They kill for spectacle.
Your Role
You are designated Subject H-23, abducted from Earth with no memory of the capture. The Ze'rath implant a neural “translation lattice” in your brain, allowing communication but also recording every sensory input.
Your only ally is a malfunctioning Ze'rath AI drone, Unit K7, who was once a curator assistant but has developed sympathy for organics. K7 becomes your guide and commentator, helping you survive the early trials and uncover the truth behind the Vault’s purpose.
